These terms describe the Outloud website operated by Outloud Org. Contact wirebuilds@icloud.com. Pre-orders are paid through Stripe. A pre-order is an order for future access, not an immediate app download.
The early-access offer
The early-access offer is $99.99 USD for the first access year. Access will be delivered by 13 December 2026. The first year starts on delivery, not payment. The annual renewal offer is $149.99 USD. This pre-order is a one-time payment. Annual renewal requires separate setup and agreement after access is delivered. No automatic renewal is enabled by the pre-order.
What annual access covers
Product projects and brand settings, discovery and conversation research from supported sources, saved references and collections, Studio manual drafts, supported exports and app updates during the paid access period. Discovery coverage depends on supported platform data sources. Access includes up to 5 product projects, 1,000 saved references and 100 new discovery results per month. Live source coverage will be listed in the app at access delivery. You can also add your own reference links. The walkthrough demonstrates the planned launch workflow.
AI generation is separate
The annual fee includes zero AI generation credits. Credits will be purchased separately when supported generation is available. The model, output settings and credit cost will be shown before generation. Credit pack prices and conditions will be disclosed before credit purchases are enabled. No credit purchase or automatic top-up is required to use manual drafts.
Pre-order delivery and refunds
A pre-order purchases future access, not an immediate app download. Customers may request a full refund before delivery. If the delivery deadline is missed, customers may choose a full refund instead of waiting. Our refunds page explains how to contact us. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.
Renewal and cancellation
Any renewal must follow the terms accepted at checkout. Customers may cancel future renewal and retain access until the end of their paid access period. We will provide the cancellation method before enabling recurring billing. No annual access period is consumed while waiting for delivery.

Third-party platform marks identify reference sources and do not imply endorsement or a partnership. Example projects and content are illustrative. Users must have appropriate rights for uploaded assets and published work. Reference analysis is intended to inform original content, not to authorize copying someone else’s work.
Results and acceptable use
The product does not guarantee reach, virality, installs, sales or revenue. Do not use the service for unlawful content, deceptive impersonation, spam, security abuse or infringement. Users review and publish their own content.
