This policy applies to early-access pre-orders purchased through our Stripe checkout.
Before access is delivered
Request a full pre-order refund at any time before delivery by emailing wirebuilds@icloud.com from the email used for the order. Include your order reference if available; never send card details. Your first access year will not begin until access is delivered.
If delivery is delayed
Access is due by 13 December 2026. If that deadline is missed, you can choose a full refund instead of continuing to wait. We will contact affected buyers about the delay and their options.
After delivery
You can request a refund within 14 days of first receiving access. This voluntary promise is additional to applicable statutory rights, including rights where digital content or services are faulty or not as described. Refunds will be initiated within 14 days of an accepted request to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
Annual renewal
The advertised early-access price is $99.99 USD for the first year, followed by an intended renewal price of $149.99 USD per year. Recurring billing will only be enabled with the renewal terms and cancellation method disclosed at checkout. Cancel future renewal to avoid the next charge; access continues for the period already paid for.
AI credits
Annual access includes zero AI credits. Generation credit packs are not sold yet. Their prices and usage terms will be displayed before credit checkout is enabled.
