This notice describes the Outloud website and early-access waitlist operated by Outloud Org.
Joining the waitlist
When you join, we collect your email address, signup time, and a record that you requested early-access updates. We use this information to manage the waitlist and contact you about Outloud access and launch availability. Joining does not create a paid subscription.
Waitlist records are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We do not sell your email address. If an email delivery provider is added, it will process the information needed to deliver the updates you requested.
Leaving the list
You can ask to leave the waitlist or request deletion by emailing wirebuilds@icloud.com. We keep waitlist information only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Visiting the website
Cloudflare serves and protects this website and may process ordinary request information, including IP address, browser information, requested URL, and access time. The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and visual assets are hosted with the site.
Contacting us
Email correspondence is handled through our email provider. We use the address, message, and other information you provide to respond to your enquiry and maintain relevant business records.
Questions and requests
Email wirebuilds@icloud.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We will consider requests in line with applicable requirements.
Future payments
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe processes payment details under its privacy notice. We receive the order information needed to deliver access, provide receipts and support refunds, such as your email address, order reference, amount and payment status. Verified payment events and order information are stored securely with Cloudflare to reconcile your order, delivery and refunds. This site does not collect card details. Payment records will be retained as required for accounting and legal obligations. We will update this notice if account or generation services add other data processing.
